At Nemichand Jewels, we take pride in delivering high-quality silver jewellery to our customers. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

We accept returns only within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Physical Damage, Defect, Missing Parts, Empty Box or Incorrect Item Received – Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with an uncut, 360-Degree parcel opening video clearly showing:

  • All sides of the sealed parcel before opening.

  • The shipping label before opening.

  • The entire unboxing process without pauses or edits.

  • The damaged product, missing part, Empty Box or incorrect item received.

⚠️ Important: If the parcel appears tampered with upon delivery, DO NOT accept it. Return it as it is and contact us immediately.
⚠️ Claims without a valid parcel opening video will not be considered.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after verification.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • If a replacement is provided, no refund will be issued.

2. General Terms & Acceptance

✅ No claims related to the product will be accepted after the return window closes(5 days of delivery).
✅ By keeping the product beyond the return window, you accept its quality as received.
✅ We are not responsible for:

  • Damages due to wear and tear, mishandling, or improper use.

  • Changes in appearance (e.g., tarnishing) due to exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, or chemicals.

3. Legal Disclaimer & Liability

✅ No claims will be accepted after the return window closes (5 days of delivery).
✅ The company is not liable for indirect losses, including business loss, reputation damage, or third-party claims.
✅ All disputes will be governed by Indian laws, under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, India.
✅ Nemichand Jewels reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by You

✅ Cancellation Timeline: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
✅ How to Cancel: Contact us at +91 9029264567 or email contact@nemichandjewels.com within 24 hours.
✅ Cancellation Fee: A 2% bank transaction charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
✅ Credit Note Option: Instead of a refund, you may choose a credit note for the full order amount, valid for 6 months.

2. Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Unforeseen inventory issues

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Any other valid reason

✅ Refund: If we cancel the order, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
