At Nemichand Jewels, we take pride in delivering high-quality silver jewellery to our customers. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Pre-Order Verification

Customers are encouraged to request live videos and photos of the product on WhatsApp at +91 9029264567 before placing an order to ensure they are fully satisfied with their purchase.

No Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Products & Refunds

We ensure secure packaging and shipping, but in rare cases, if you receive a damaged product, the following conditions apply:

1. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

  • To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide an uncut, 360-degree parcel opening video.

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label, package opening, and the damaged product.

2. Reporting Timeframe

  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the parcel opening video.

3. Verification & Approval

  • Our team will review the video evidence to assess the claim.

  • If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Claims without a proper parcel opening video will not be considered.

  • Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery is not covered.

  • No complaints regarding tarnishing & breakage will be entertained after 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Nemichand Jewels reserves the right to deny refunds if claims do not meet policy criteria.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by You

✅ Cancellation Timeline: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
✅ How to Cancel: Contact us at +91 9029264567 or email contact@nemichandjewels.com within 24 hours.
✅ Cancellation Fee: A 2% bank transaction charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
✅ Credit Note Option: Instead of a refund, you may choose a credit note for the full order amount, valid for 6 months.

2. Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Unforeseen inventory issues

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Any other valid reason

✅ Refund: If we cancel the order, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
