At Nemichand Jewels, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely and transparently. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Domestic Shipping

We ship across India.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping, subject to availability and destination country regulations.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2ā€“5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen operational circumstances.

  • Orders are dispatched only on working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Domestic Orders

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5ā€“12 business days.

International Orders

  • International delivery timelines vary based on destination country and courier partner.

  • Estimated delivery time is typically 7ā€“21 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic Shipping

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid domestic orders within India.

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges start from ā‚¹700 for parcels up to 50 grams.

  • Shipping charges may vary based on parcel weight, destination country, courier partner, and customs requirements.

  • Exact shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before dispatch or displayed at checkout (where applicable).

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer

  • Nemichand Jewels has no control over customs clearance delays or charges imposed by destination country authorities

6. COURIER & LOGISTICS PARTNERS

We use reliable third-party courier and logistics partners for domestic and international deliveries.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable).

7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS ā€“ VERIFICATION

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (India only):

  • Our courier partner may contact the customer via IVR call, WhatsApp message, or SMS for confirmation

  • COD orders are dispatched only after successful customer confirmation

  • Failure to confirm may result in automatic cancellation without liability to Nemichand Jewels

COD is not available for international orders.

8. DELAYED DELIVERY

Nemichand Jewels shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, logistical issues, or government restrictions.

However, we will assist in coordinating with the courier partner wherever reasonably possible.

9. DAMAGED, TAMPERED, OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is received damaged, tampered with, or reported lost in transit:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or expected delivery

  • A clear unboxing video and supporting images must be provided

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation

Resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided subject to courier confirmation and internal verification, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

10. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

Nemichand Jewels is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Any re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

11. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Delivery is considered complete once the shipment is marked as ā€œDeliveredā€ by the courier partner.

Customers are advised to ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the package.

12. SELF-PICKUP / STORE PICKUP (IF APPLICABLE)

Where store pickup is offered:

  • Valid order confirmation and ID may be required

  • Jewellery once collected is deemed delivered and accepted

  • Post-pickup damage or issues are not eligible for return or replacement

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by Indian law.
All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai, Maharashtra jurisdiction only.
