Return and Exchange Policy
We do not allow for exchanges and returns:
● Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product also we need parcel opening video as a proof. so that we can easily refund or exchange.
● Please check all information on sizes, length, weight, finish before placing your order. We try and mention all possible information on our website.
Please feel free to mail and ask us incase you need any more information.
In case of a return due to damage or incorrect product:
》 Please email us at email@example.com with a photograph of the product and the package within 24 hours of receipt.
》Once we approve the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
》We will issue a refund to the credit/debit card/ your bank account. Refunds will only be made within a week after we have received the shipment.
》We aim to process all returns/refunds within a months time of the issue being raised.
In any case NOSEPINS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE due to personal hygiene. Products made on order or customized items can not be exchanged.
