- A clear, uncut video of the parcel opening is required. The video must start from the sealed parcel and show the entire unboxing process, focusing on the product’s condition.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, documentation, and any accessories.

- Ensure the video clearly shows the sealed parcel.
- Continue recording as you unbox the parcel, ensuring the product’s condition is clearly visible.
